To return an item(s) you must e-mail us at amlugg for return authorization. We will issue you a return authorization number.
If the merchandise is returned within 30 days (from date of purchase) you will receive a full refund less shipping and handling charges. All merchandise must be unused in the original box with all tags.
All used items requiring repairs must be handled through the manufacturer if defective or through the transportation company if damaged.
American Luggage Outlet cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our policy.
We will gladly exchange or refund as you choose. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. If you received your order under our free shipping program, you will be credited for the cost of your order less our actual shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return was due to our error.
After a return has been received, please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process. If you used a credit card for your purchase then the refund will go back to the credit card. If you paid by check or money order your refund will be mailed to you.
